Personal data we process
When you email us or use the contact form, we process your name, company, email address, phone number, enquiry type and message. Server security logs may temporarily contain your IP address, request time and browser information.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and communicate about requested services. The legal basis is taking steps before a contract, performing a contract or Arcofire’s legitimate interest in business communication and system security.
Service providers
We use Sanity for website content management and Resend to deliver contact-form emails. The website is hosted by the provider selected for production. Google Analytics is used only after you accept analytics cookies. Google Search Console helps us monitor search visibility and does not itself place cookies in a visitor’s browser. Providers process data only to deliver their services and under their data-processing terms.
Retention
We keep enquiries as long as needed to respond and continue the requested communication. If a business relationship begins, information is retained as required by accounting and other applicable laws. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to processing. Email office@arcofire.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
